01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the pak375 platform, including all associated games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services and account features. The platform is operated under the pak375 brand and is accessible via pak375.app.

By accessing the platform, creating an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual promotions, games or betting markets, which are published separately and should be read alongside these general Terms.

pak375 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use pak375, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited by law applicable to you personally.
• You must not be self-excluded from pak375 or subject to any existing account restriction.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts.
• You must provide accurate and complete information at registration and keep that information current.

pak375 may request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions being applied.

Employees, agents and contractors of pak375 and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts on the platform.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If you already have a registered account, do not create a second account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at pak375's discretion, and any bonuses or promotional funds associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at registration. pak375 is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate registration details including failed withdrawals caused by incorrect payment information submitted by the account holder.

Your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — must be kept confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pak375 support immediately at [email protected].

pak375 reserves the right to close any account that it reasonably believes has been registered in breach of these Terms, including accounts registered using false information or by persons who do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits and transactions on pak375 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallet options listed in the Deposit section of your account.

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed at the point of deposit. pak375 does not charge deposit fees to player accounts, though your payment provider may apply their own fees — check with your provider before depositing.

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from accounts or wallets belonging to another person — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

pak375 may at any time request verification of a deposit method. This may include screenshots of a JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction history, bank statements or similar documentation. Cooperation with verification requests is a condition of continued withdrawal access.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, where possible. Where this is not possible, pak375 support will advise on an appropriate alternative method.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Your account must have completed any applicable identity verification before withdrawals are processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Processing times vary by method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer requests.
• pak375 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of security or verification checks.

If a withdrawal is declined, pak375 will communicate the reason via the registered email address. Players may re-attempt a withdrawal once the stated condition has been met.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

pak375 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP-specific promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms including eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these general Terms.

Standard bonus conditions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded in bonus funds, not as withdrawable cash, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the offer terms. Unmet requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are shown in the individual offer terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the offer specifically allows stacking.
• Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, device and IP address unless an offer states otherwise.

pak375 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or suspend any promotion at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn after it has been credited to your account, the terms applicable at the time of credit will continue to apply to that specific bonus.

07 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on pak375 are subject to the general Terms and the specific sports betting rules published in the bet and sports sections of the platform. The following general principles apply to all sports wagers:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Market movements after confirmation do not affect your accepted odds.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted, except where a cash-out option is available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the published rescheduling window, or abandoned before a result is achieved, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific void rules for cricket, including Duckworth-Lewis outcomes, are detailed in the sports rules section.
• Maximum stake limits apply per selection and per bet type. These are enforced at the point of bet confirmation.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win. A voided selection in an accumulator reduces the number of legs; the remaining legs must all win for the accumulator to pay out.
• pak375 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price. This applies to both pre-match and live in-play markets.

In-play betting markets operate under fast-moving conditions. Bets accepted before a material in-play event (wicket, goal, red card) that was not yet reflected in the live odds at the time of acceptance may be void at pak375's discretion if it is determined that the bet was placed with knowledge of that event.

08 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on pak375 — including slots, live dealer games, table games and Bingo — are provided by third-party studios. Each game operates under the rules of its developer, which are accessible within the game interface.

Game outcomes for RNG (Random Number Generator) titles are determined by certified random systems and are not influenced by previous results, account history or wager size. pak375 does not control game outcome distributions — this responsibility lies with the game providers and their certification bodies.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round, any affected rounds may be voided and stakes returned. pak375 will not be held liable for game interruptions caused by factors outside its control, including connectivity issues on the player's side.

For Live Casino games, bets placed after the dealer has declared "no more bets" will not be accepted. Game results as confirmed by the live dealer are final. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the session.

09 VIP Programme

The pak375 VIP programme is open to all registered players and operates on a tier system from Bronze through Silver, Gold and Platinum. Tier progression is based on activity points earned from eligible bets and game sessions across the platform.

VIP benefits including boosted odds, enhanced withdrawal limits, personal account management and promotional offers are granted at the discretion of pak375 and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Tier status is reviewed periodically and may be adjusted downward if minimum activity thresholds are not maintained.

VIP status cannot be transferred between accounts. Any attempt to manipulate point accumulation or tier status through fraudulent means will result in account suspension and forfeiture of accumulated points and associated benefits.

10 Responsible Gaming

pak375 is committed to providing a safe and controlled environment for adult entertainment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR. Limits apply immediately and reductions take effect straight away. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount per day, week or month. Once reached, no further bets or gameplay are permitted until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Opt-in reminders that notify you when a specified amount of time has passed during an active session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the pak375 platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

These tools are available in the account settings area. pak375 strongly encourages players to set limits before beginning any gaming or betting session. The platform is for adults aged 18 and above only and is intended as entertainment. pak375 does not claim any government approval, regulatory licence or official endorsement from Pakistan authorities.

11 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak375 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated scripts, bots or software to interact with games or sports markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error are void.
• Collusion with other players in poker, live games or any competitive game format.
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner designed to circumvent bonus terms or to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (commonly referred to as bonus abuse or matched betting against the platform's terms).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identification or misrepresenting your age, identity or location.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

pak375 monitors all account activity and reserves the right to investigate any account it reasonably suspects of prohibited activity. Investigations may involve temporary withdrawal holds. Results of investigations are final at pak375's discretion.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

pak375 may suspend or close an account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been breached. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: identified prohibited activity, failure to pass identity verification, duplicate account creation and fraudulent payment activity.

You may close your own pak375 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any active bonuses will be removed from your account. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method subject to standard verification checks being satisfied.

If your account is closed by pak375 due to a breach of Terms, the decision on whether to return any remaining balance will depend on the outcome of the investigation into the specific breach.

13 Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the pak375 Privacy Policy, which is published separately at pak375.app/privacy-policy. By registering on pak375, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

pak375 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and game studios only to the extent necessary to operate the platform and process your account activity.

14 Limitation of Liability

pak375 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While reasonable steps are taken to ensure uptime and reliability, pak375 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability, technical errors or third-party system failures beyond its reasonable control.

pak375 accepts no liability for losses of any kind arising from your use of the platform beyond the value of your verified real-money account balance. This limitation applies whether the cause is technical error, game outcome, sports result or any other factor.

15 Changes to These Terms

pak375 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, a notice will be posted on the platform and the "Last Updated" date on this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you should cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support. Existing bets placed before the effective date of any amendment will be settled under the Terms in force at the time those bets were placed.
